Prints on paper are printed on 100% cotton rag paper and come with a white inch border for Éadaoin to sign on the front. Prints on paper must be framed behind glass to protect against UV damage, moisture, and dust. They are archival quality. Éadaoin recommends non-reflective ‘art glass’.
Canvas prints are printed on canvas and come with a deep white border to allow for stretching. They do not need to be framed behind glass and can be hung unframed. The image will be on the front and the edges will be white. Your framer will be able to insert stretcher bars. Éadaoin recommends deep stretcher bars. The print is signed on the reverse.

Éadaoin recommends that you avoid handling your print and keep it inside the packaging until you bring it to the framer. Prints on paper must be framed and mounted behind glass. Éadaoin recommends a generous mount and UV non-reflective ‘art glass’. Canvas prints need to be stretched. Once stretched, they are ready to hang unframed. All paintings are packed very carefully in cardboard boxes with layers of bubble wrap. Extra-large paintings are removed from the stretchers, rolled and shipped in cardboard tubes for delivery outside of Ireland. All prints are rolled and shipped in cardboard tubes. All paintings and prints are packaged with a signed certificate of authenticity. If the order is a gift and you would like to include a note with the certificate, please email Éadaoin at firstname.lastname@example.org. Éadaoin recycles packaging as much as possible.
Once your place your order, it will be processed and shipped in approximately one week. If you have requested framing this may take an additional two weeks. Please allow for delays at busy times, such as Christmas and local shipping delays. If you have ordered framing, please note that framers have cut-off times for Christmas, which is outside Éadaoin’s control. We use registered post with An Post in Ireland and also DHL and other couriers as required. All shipments have a tracking number and require a signature on delivery.
