Pond whispers 2

The canvas was my tool. I sculpted it into a submerged cavern into which I slowly dripped paint and water causing it to bloom, blur and spread. It was a slow meditative process. I sat and watched and waited. Colours became muted as they soaked into the fibres of the raw canvas. Time, medium and material slowly became a painting.
