Shipping and Returns


Orders are shipped as soon as possible after placing an order. Please note there are long delays at busy times of the year, such as Christmas. Please email if your order is urgent. You will receive an email once your order is dispatched confirming it has been shipped and containing your tracking information if you are outside of Ireland.

We ship registered post with An Post, Ireland’s local postal service. All items have a tracking number and require a signature on the receipt and will be delivered by your local postal service.

Please email should you wish to avail of courier service at an extra charge.

Delivery times from the date of posting

Ireland 1-2 working days. UK and Europe 5-7 working days Rest of the World -7-10 working days

Delivery times are estimates and subject to local postal delays. Please note post is slower at busy times of the year, such as Christmas.

Customers are responsible for all customs and duty charges, if relevant please consult your government website for further information.


We are happy to accept your return once we are advised within 14 days of receipt. Returns are only valid when we are notified in advance and the item is returned to us within 28 days. Please email us at to advise of the return. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Returns will be credited once received and return policy is adhered to.

Unsuccessful delivery

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or you were not home to accept a delivery, redelivery will take place following payment of new delivery costs or a refund will be given.

Lost/Damaged items

If your piece gets lost or damaged in transit, we will offer a replacement or a full refund. An item is considered lost if there is no record of it after 28 days and it is confirmed missing by the postal carrier.


If you wish to cancel your order, please respond to your confirmation email requesting cancelation or email us at quoting your order number. If your order has not been dispatched we will cancel your order and issue a refund. If your item has been dispatched it will then fall under our returns policy.
